If you would like the paper copy of your quiz; and you placed your name on the quiz, you will be able to find it located in the hall between room 2204 and 2213.
The Quiz papers will be available from ...th until ...th.

A box is on the table with file folders labeled by Quiz Letter.
The Coordinator's Office does not keep extra copies of the quizzes.

Do you know what to do if you have a missing quiz grade?

You must fill out the official request to have the missing grade located. We collect approximately 1700 scantrons each week. If you do not fill out the official 'Quiz Grade Inquiry' form, we cannot search for your scantron.

Once you have the form filled out, place it in the
Lab Report Cabinet on the Right (cabinet for 238),
in the slot labeled: "Quiz Inquiry Forms"
