New Scantron Form Needed!!!
Please purchase the BLUE Scantron form SC882‐E.

How to fill out your Scantron - Please see the page on the information needed to have your quiz grade posted on elearning.

Your quizzes (the paper copy) will be returned to you, the scantron will be kept by the Organic Chemistry Laboratory Program’s (OCLP) Office.  If you have a question about your quiz score or the scantron, please go to the OCLP Office – Room 2202.

The paper copy of your quiz will be located in the designated location next to your lab.  You will be able to pick up your quiz the following week.

Look for the LETTER CODE for your section’s quiz, for example; Monday at 11:30a is coded B; while Wednesday at 3:00p is coded K; Thursday at 8a is coded M; and Friday at 8:00a is coded P.  The letter codes are located on the upper right corner of each quiz.

The answer key that will be posted has ONLY answers, no questions.  Therefore you will need the paper copy of the quiz to check your answers. The paper copy of the quiz you will have taken will be distributed each week in folders labeled with the quiz code (see above). At the end of each week, any quiz papers that have not been picked up will be shredded.

The quiz grade scores will be posted the following week on Monday afternoon.

Questions about a Quiz Grade

Do you know what to do if you have a missing quiz grade?

You must fill out the official request to have the missing grade located. We collect approximately 1700 scantrons each week. If you do not fill out the official 'Quiz Grade Inquiry' form, we cannot search for your scantron.
